E-Wallets and Vouchers in the BigGerz Cashier
Besides cryptocurrency, our cashier carries three e-wallets, Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, and one prepaid voucher, Paysafecard. A UK member who prefers not to move funds from a bank account to a crypto exchange will usually choose among these four. Each works differently: an e-wallet is an account in your name with its own balance, while a voucher is a prepaid code that is spent once. The steps show a deposit through an e-wallet, and the table sets the four methods side by side.
The wallet funds the same account used for the games described in the BigGerz casino guide.
- Open the cashier and select the e-wallet from the method list.
- Enter the deposit amount in pounds. If you want the welcome match, check the minimum qualifying deposit in the offer terms.
- Decide whether to take the welcome match.
- Confirm the payment in the e-wallet window that opens, signing in with your own e-wallet account.
- Return to the casino. E-wallet deposits are instant, and the balance appears in the cashier.
| Method | Type | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skrill | E-wallet | Instant | Within 24 hours |
| Neteller | E-wallet | Instant | Within 24 hours |
| MiFinity | E-wallet | Instant | Within 24 hours |
| Paysafecard | Prepaid voucher | Instant, with a voucher code | As shown in the cashier |
Why many members use an e-wallet
An e-wallet separates casino payments from the bank statement. The wallet holds the funds, and the casino sees only the wallet. For withdrawals this is also the faster route: e-wallet payouts reach members within 24 hours of approval, whereas a bank transfer can take up to 3 days.
The wallet must be in your own name, since the name on the wallet is compared with the name on the casino account when a withdrawal is requested. A wallet held by a relative or a friend does not match, and a mismatch is referred to our team for review before payout.
The BigGerz registration and verification guide explains how account details are checked against the documents submitted for a first payout.

Paysafecard: the voucher route
Paysafecard is bought as a prepaid code and typed into the cashier. The code carries a fixed value, and the casino receives only that amount. This makes it a tool for budget control: a member who buys a voucher for £30 cannot deposit more than £30 with it. We ask members to note two limits of the method. A voucher cannot be topped up after purchase, and the cashier shows on the withdrawal screen whether Paysafecard is open for payouts on your account. If it is not, the withdrawal goes to another method that you have used for deposits.
Withdrawing to an e-wallet
- Select Withdraw in the cashier and choose the e-wallet.
- Enter the amount. The minimum for a single payout is shown in the cashier.
- If this is your first withdrawal, upload a photo ID and a recent proof of address.
- Wait for approval. Payout follows within 24 hours.
A withdrawal made before the deposit has been wagered at least once is charged 8%, and a minimum fee also applies. As an illustration, 8% of a £200 deposit withdrawn untouched is £16. Play the deposit through once and the fee does not apply.
Welcome match and e-wallet deposits
All cashier methods qualify for the BigGerz welcome bonus of 150% with 40x wagering within 14 days. The method does not change the terms. What does change them is the game category you play afterwards: slots count in full except jackpot slots and bonus buys, and live tables count at a reduced share.

Name checks and mismatches
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| Wallet name matches the account | The withdrawal proceeds once documents are accepted |
| Wallet name differs from the account | The case is referred for review before payout |
| Name spelled differently on ID and wallet | Write to us first, with both documents |
Choosing among the four
- Skrill and Neteller suit members who already hold a wallet and want fast payouts.
- MiFinity suits members who want a separate wallet kept for casino payments only.
- Paysafecard suits members who want a hard ceiling on one deposit and do not need the same route for a payout.
- If you hold none of them, a bank transfer is also open for withdrawals, with its longer wait of up to 3 days.

Common mistakes at the cashier
- Choosing a method before checking that the wallet is funded.
- Closing the e-wallet window before the confirmation page loads, which leaves the deposit unconfirmed.
- Forgetting to untick the welcome match when a wagering requirement is unwanted.
- Requesting a payout before the deposit has been wagered once.
- Sending an expired utility bill as proof of address.
If a deposit does not appear after the wallet confirms it, send the time, the amount and the wallet reference to our team.
Keeping payments within a budget
Decide the weekly deposit amount before opening the cashier, and keep the e-wallet balance for that amount only. Do not top up the wallet during a session to recover a loss. Deposit limits can be set by our team on request, at [email protected] or in live chat, which is open 24 hours a day. In Britain, the National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133.
