How BigGerz Handles Member Data

Effective 8 October 2026. This notice sets out the categories of personal data that BigGerz holds about members in the United Kingdom, what each category is used for, who may receive it and how a member can act on it.

1. Who decides about your data

1.1 Our role

BigGerz decides why and how member data is used, and in this notice we speak of ourselves as the party responsible for it.

1.2 Who is covered

The notice covers visitors and members who use the BigGerz casino and sportsbook from the United Kingdom, on a computer, in a phone browser or in the progressive web app.

2.2 Reading the table

A category is used only for the purpose shown against it, and the sections that follow describe each row.

3. Identity and contact data

3.1 What it consists of

The personal details you enter in the registration form, the email address used for sign-in and your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

3.2 What we use it for

We use it to create the account, to recognise you when you sign in and to send messages about the account and your payments.

3.3 Keeping it correct

The name on the account is compared with your documents and your payment method at the first withdrawal, so please keep your details accurate.

4. Money data

4.1 What it consists of

For each deposit and withdrawal we keep the amount, the date, the method and the reference given by the provider. For a crypto payment this includes the wallet address and the network transaction ID.

4.2 Payment providers

Payments through Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or Paysafecard are handled by the provider of the method. We receive the result and the reference and do not receive the login details of your wallet.

4.3 Statements

A member may ask for a statement of the payments on the account by writing to our team.

5. Documents

5.1 What we ask for

At the first withdrawal we ask for a photo ID and a recent proof of address, and for confirmation that the payment method is yours where the method requires it.

5.2 How they are used

Documents are used to check identity and age and to pay the right person. They are not used for marketing, and they are viewed by the staff who carry out the check.

5.3 Matching of names

A difference between the name on a document, on the account and on the payment method is referred to our team, who may ask you to explain it.

6. Play and activity data

6.1 Records of play

We record stakes, results, bonus status and round histories, which allow us to settle bets, apply the terms of an offer and answer questions about a round.

6.2 Control-tool records

Where you ask for a deposit limit, a time-out or self-exclusion, we record the request and apply it to the account.

7. Device and cookie data

7.1 What our servers receive

Each session sends the IP address, device type and browser information, which we use for security and for the operation of the site.

7.2 What cookies do

Cookies keep you signed in, remember settings such as language and help us see how the site is used.

7.3 Optional cookies

You may refuse optional cookies in the notice on the site or in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be refused, since the site does not work without them.

8. Messages and support records

8.1 Conversations

We keep the content of live chat conversations and emails with our support team, together with the attachments you send.

8.2 Marketing choices

Promotional messages can be stopped through the unsubscribe route in the message or by writing to us. Service messages about your account and payments continue.

9. Grounds for using data

9.1 Contract

We use data to provide the account and the services you ask for, including deposits, play and withdrawals.

9.2 Legal duties

We use data to meet legal duties, including those concerned with identity checks and records.

9.3 Legitimate interests

We use data for security, fraud prevention and the improvement of the service where these interests are not outweighed by your rights.

9.4 Consent

Where we send marketing messages or ask for optional cookies, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

10. How long we hold each category

10.1 While the account is open

We hold the categories in the table while the account is open.

10.2 After closure

After closure we keep only the records that the law requires us to keep, for no longer than those duties and the handling of any dispute demand.

11. Protection and international suppliers

11.1 Protection of the account

Access to member data is limited to the staff and suppliers who need it. Traffic between your device and the site uses 256-bit encryption. You protect the account by using a password you use nowhere else and by signing out on shared devices.

11.2 Suppliers outside the United Kingdom

Some suppliers handle data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we require protection that matches the requirements of United Kingdom data protection law.

11.3 Reporting a concern

If you think someone else has used your account, write to [email protected] at once and change your password.

12. What you can ask of us

12.1 Requests you can make

You may ask to see your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable form and to object to certain uses.

12.2 How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the registered email address. We reply within one month.

12.3 Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the data protection authority of the United Kingdom.

13. Minors and changes

13.1 Minors

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly open accounts for persons under 18, and we act on any report that one exists.

13.2 Changes to this notice

We publish changes in this notice and update the date at the top. Please read the date when you return to the site.
