Rules for BigGerz Members

These terms govern the use of the BigGerz casino and sportsbook by members in the United Kingdom. A member accepts them when opening an account, and the terms shown with an individual offer apply in addition to them.

1. The service and these terms

1.1 What we provide

BigGerz provides an online casino and a sportsbook on one account, with a cashier for deposits and withdrawals and a support service by live chat and email.

1.2 Order of terms

Where the terms shown with an offer or in the cashier differ from a summary on our pages, the terms shown with the offer or in the cashier apply.

1.3 Reading the terms

Amounts in these terms are stated in pounds sterling. Examples are given to show how a rule is calculated and are not a forecast of any result.

1.4 Language

These terms are written in English. The site is also available in German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish for convenience of reading.

2. Who may hold an account

2.1 Age

A member must be 18 or over. We may ask for a photo ID to confirm age and identity.

2.2 Accurate details

The details given at registration must be your own and must be accurate. The name on the account is compared with identity documents and with the payment method at the first withdrawal.

2.3 One person, one set of details

The account is opened for the person named in the registration details. We ask members not to share the login with another person, because the account is linked to the identity documents of its holder.

2.4 Care of the login

You are responsible for the use of your login. Choose a password that you use nowhere else and sign out on shared devices. Write to [email protected] at once if you think someone else has used the account.

3. Paying in

3.1 Methods

The cashier lists the methods open to the account: more than ten cryptocurrencies, the e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, and the Paysafecard voucher. Amounts are shown in pounds sterling.

3.2 Crypto deposits

A crypto deposit must be sent to the address shown in the cashier on the network selected there. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or on a different network.

3.3 Deposit confirmation

A deposit is credited when the provider or the network confirms it. A crypto deposit appears once the network has confirmed the transaction, and an e-wallet deposit is instant.

3.4 Payment in your own name

Pay with a method that belongs to you. A payment made with a method held by another person may be referred for review.

4. Paying out

4.1 Verification

The first withdrawal requires a photo ID and a recent proof of address. The withdrawal is processed once the documents are accepted.

4.2 Processing time

After approval, e-wallet withdrawals are paid within 24 hours, bank transfers within up to 3 days and crypto withdrawals from instant to under 24 hours.

4.3 Fee on unplayed deposits

A withdrawal is charged 8% when the deposit has not been wagered at least once, and a minimum fee also applies. As an illustration, 8% of a £200 deposit withdrawn without play is £16.

4.4 Method of payout

A withdrawal is sent by the method chosen in the cashier. The cashier shows which methods are open for payout on your account.

5. Offers

5.1 Welcome match

The welcome match adds 150% to a first qualifying deposit; the minimum deposit and the cap are stated in the offer terms. It carries 40x wagering on the bonus within 14 days.

5.2 Stake ceiling and exclusions

A stake above the maximum printed in the terms of the offer does not count towards wagering. Bonus buys cannot be used with bonus funds. Jackpot slots do not count at the full slot rate, and live and table games count at a reduced share.

5.3 The member’s decision

Taking an offer is the member’s decision.

5.4 Bonus funds and withdrawal

Remaining bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been completed. At the end of the 14 days, bonus funds still in the account lapse.

5.5 Cashback and VIP

Cashback and the six-level VIP programme are governed by the terms of the promotion of each reward.

6. Play

6.1 Game rules

The rules, stake ranges and return information of each game are provided by its studio and are shown in the information panel of the game.

6.2 Live games

Live tables run on a timed betting window. A stake must be placed before the window closes.

6.3 Interrupted rounds

If your connection is lost during a round, reopen the casino and check the round history of the game. A completed round is recorded there.

6.4 Results

The result of a round is recorded in the round history of the game. If you dispute a result, write to us with the game, the time and the round.

7. Control tools

7.1 Limits and breaks

On request, our team applies a deposit limit or a time-out to the account.

7.2 Independent help

Independent support in Britain is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, from GamCare and from BeGambleAware.

7.3 Self-exclusion

A member may request self-exclusion by email from the registered address. While it is in force, we do not accept deposits or stakes from the account.

8. Raising a complaint

8.1 How to complain

Write to [email protected] with your account email, the date and the amount in question.

8.2 What to include

Give the date, the amount, the method and, for a crypto payment, the transaction ID, so that we can match your complaint with the account record.

8.3 Our reply

We read each complaint, check it against the records of the account and reply in writing.

9. Closure and liability

9.1 Closing the account

A member may ask for the account to be closed by email from the registered address.

9.2 Balance on closure

When an account is closed at the member’s request, the member may ask for the available balance to be withdrawn through the cashier, subject to the document check described in clause 4.1.

9.3 Limits of our liability

We do not accept liability for losses from play, which is a paid form of entertainment, nor for an interruption of the site caused by a fault outside our control.

10. Changes

10.1 Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The current version is the one published on the site.

10.2 Changes to offers

The terms of an offer are those published with it. Please read them before accepting.

10.3 Questions on these terms

Questions on these terms go to [email protected] or to live chat, which is open 24 hours a day for registered members.
